I would like to say thank you to my personal teacher Anastasia for instructing me in yoga for already 8 months. Both acquaintances and doctors told me, that yoga would be good for my health support. It was quite challenging, because I am 62 years old and still work actively by myself. It is difficult to find time after work and drive to the lessons. After Anastasia suggested me to be my personal trainer I agreed to try. Firstly I had to overwhelm some time contradictions, because since many years I do my morning training and take a contrast shower. Now I should have found the time for yoga as well! But I started.
Anastasia developed personally for me an excercise complex, which she introduced to me carefully and slowly. Each excercise goes gently into the next one. It is very important, that she warned me to practice carefully and calmly, not forcing the progress through pain. I want to note, that in my silber age I can practice at home, in clean aerated room, not spending 1,5 hours for driving and changing clothes. I haven't found any yoga lessons near my house! You can practice according to your physical condition even if it is raining or snowing, or you just do not feel yourself in the top form. It is very important, that the trainer answers all the numerous questions and explains what happens in the body.
Now, in the corona time everything is closed and nobody knows, when the sport facilities will open again. For me it is very important, that I can watch the videos again and again, correcting my practice and asking new-born questions. Havind started I was very surprised to notice, that my neck does not rotate good and my breath rate is significantly higher, although I thought that the exercises are easy! At that moment I understood, that I need to improve my health condition. How unnoticably changes the body with time!
We live in the body, and we need to support, taking time for training, it in order to live the life of a better quality.

A Yoga teacher that takes care.
Thank's to Ana I discovered the world of yoga for me. It was a wonderful journey that I went step by step. The classes were stand alone. We started very gentle, only with a view exercises and over the time added more and more. I like Ana's teaching style a lot: she explains theory very well, what are the exercises for, techniques, how to breathe and on which body parts to concentrate. She is very attentive, checks the poses, corrects them and cares that you do not get an injury. Now after almost three years of yoga with Ana I can say that it has changed my life. My back problems are gone and I feel connection with my body. Ana is a wonderful instructor and person! I can't recommend her highly enough.
